Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Sterling (operated by Quarvo LLC, “Sterling”, “we”, “us”) provides educational software and business credit tools for US small business owners at joinsterling.io. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. What Sterling is — and is not
Sterling is educational software: it provides informational roadmaps, a vendor database, score tracking tools, report generation, and AI-assisted coaching about building business credit.
Sterling is NOT a credit repair organization and does not perform credit repair services. We do not contact bureaus, dispute items, or modify any credit record on your behalf.
Sterling does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Content in the service is general information, not advice for your specific situation. Consult a qualified professional before making financial or legal decisions.
Sterling does not guarantee any outcome. Credit scores, vendor approvals, credit limits, and lending decisions are made solely by third-party bureaus, vendors, and lenders. Timelines and results vary by business and may not occur at all.
3. AI-generated content
Roadmaps, coaching responses, and other guidance in Sterling are generated with artificial intelligence. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying any step before acting on it, including vendor terms, fees, and application requirements. Sterling is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
4. Eligibility
The service is intended for US-registered businesses and their owners or authorized representatives, aged 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide.
5. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Sterling offers paid subscription plans billed monthly through Stripe. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that does not require a payment method. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with advance notice.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Sterling to misrepresent your business, submit fraudulent applications to vendors or lenders, violate any law, resell the service, scrape or reverse engineer the platform, or abuse the AI features.
8. Third-party services
The service links to and describes third-party vendors, bureaus, and lenders. We do not control them, are not affiliated with them unless stated, and are not responsible for their decisions, terms, or availability. Vendor data (such as reporting behavior or difficulty ratings) is informational and may change without notice.
9. Intellectual property
Sterling and its content, design, and software are owned by Quarvo LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of the business data you enter; you grant us a license to process it in order to operate the service.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quarvo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits, lost funding opportunities, or credit outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination (including disclaimers and liability limits) survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (where Quarvo LLC is organized), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the service or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
